Responsive coaching services to help manage change and day-to-day issues offered as corporate packages or for individuals.
Offering 1:1 support for individuals working in all areas of industry for individuals who want to work on their ambitions.
My approach is friendly and directive. I work with clients using various well-known coaching models suitable for each situation but am not rigid in my approach and see each situation as unique.
I will take the time to get to know you and guide you towards your goal. I am particularly competent with talented individuals who have not managed to galvanise their true potential, often as a result of lack of self-esteem, difficult circumstances or neurodivergence (diagnosed or not).

1. Preparing for meetings including rehearsal and pitching guidance.
2. Post meeting analysis and possible re-evaluation of strategy based on learnings.
3. Performance coaching alongside ongoing strategy and guidance.
